Restaurateur Alex Duff and hospitality publicist Steve Kasuba have partnered to open Banzai Burger in Amagansett, NY. The informal eateries located on the Napeague Stretch and will feature an all-day menu of burgers, salads,sushi, and other casual fare, and seats 100 diners indoors and out. "It's an ode to the beach and the way of life here," says Duff "we want to appeal to everyone." Banzai Burger will be open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner with brunch on the weekends.
