It is one thing to have an all star staff like Pierre Rougey and Moses LaBoy, but also having a dream team like Jessica Lynn Williams and husband Luke Williams (the graphic designer for the MoMA) behind design and decor of The Harbor Raw Bar and Lounge takes our dining experience to a whole new level. Great design is all in the minute details, with this in mind the Williamses created an uber trendy spot that feels both comfortable and chic.
