    WHAT: Special guest Chef Fernando Trocca of Buenos Aires serves his signature Seafood Paella (served at 6:30 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m.) and tapas (available at the beach bar all evening). No reservations necessary! Just find us at the lakefront at the Crow's Nest!

    FERNANDO TROCCA Fernando Trocca is one of the world’s most renowned Argentine chefs. He is the TV host of Trocca to Fontan, Men to the Kitchen, and Great Chefs, among others. Trocca has trained next to Gato Dumas and Francis Mallman and was the chef at La Tartine as well as the Swedish ambassador chef of Argentina.

    Today he owns Sucre (Sucre 676, Buenos Aires) and is the executive chef for the Gaucho international company.

    THE CROWS NEST Owned by NYC Hotelier Sean MacPherson, the Crow’s Nest Hotel and restaurant is situated on Lake Montauk and boasts an impressive lake side beach bar. The property includes fourteen hotel rooms for rent as well as nine “David Pharoah” cottages.
