    The creme de la creme are coming out to Sole East this weekend to show off just why they were voted by Food & Wine as the Best New Chefs 2009. Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, head chefs at Animal Restaurant, will have their own pop-up-restaurant at Sole East from August 12-18. [F&W]
