I love peonies.  Called "The King of Flowers" in Japan, the peony is one that can carry an arrangement on its own, making a statement without any filler flower to help out, this simple arrangement is PERFECT for your tables out east. The smell of peonies is truly intoxicating, and besides that, they are EASY to grow, and arrange.  This took me a total of 5 seconds to do.  Just get an old Ball Jar, fill with water and viola!  They last for days and will provide your house with a dash of simple elegance.
