What: Arnold Palmer Shots
What’s Cool About it: There’s no better way to spend a dollar at the bodega than on an Arnold Palmer. Mix things up and go out of the can with this sweet twist on the original.
Ingredients:
- 6-10 lemons
- 1 package of lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sweet tea vodka
Instructions:
- Cut each lemon in half and hollow out each half
- Make the Jello according to package directions, substituting 1 cup of sweet tea vodka
- Fill each lemon half and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Once the jello is completely set, use a sharp knife to slice into wedges and serve.
