Nothing says "summer" for me quite like tomato beer. I'm not sure where this tradition originated, but it has got to be from somewhere in the middle of the country...as I am continually reintroducing it to people out here each summer. Seriously though, this stuff is delicioso! Just take your favorite beer and add a splash of the red stuff (I use V8 so I can feel like I'm somewhat healthy. Let me know if you like!
