Watermill Village Wins Most Confusing Signage

Does anybody else get mixed up at the Watermill Village area??? There is so much going on with this sign and so many arrows for such a small little village area. Is the sign REALLY necessary? Like many other things out east, (how many names can you give route 27!), I'm afraid this may just be here to confuse us more.
