When Will.i.am isn't busy recording new music, commentating for CNN, or working on his social/political networking site, he's putting together innovative projects to kick start this week's Grammys. The socially conscious hip-hopper presented a merge of visual and musical artists for Worlds on Fire Monday night at the Pacific Electric Lofts in Los Angeles. The exhibition, put together by Will.i.am., is a collection of portraits of 2009 Grammy nominated musicians by various artists including Shepard Fairey, Lori Earley, Jeremy Lipking, Henry Lewis, and Natalia Fabia.

Party-goers including Kyle Stanley, Chris Lewis, reunited couple Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler, Jesse Kay, and Dan Arnold sipped cocktails and browsed the vibrant collection. If you're planning on jet-setting to the west coast this week, the exhibition will be on display until February 9th with all proceeds benefiting Will.i.am's The Peapod Foundation and Watts Willowbrook Boys and Girls Club.
