Saturday, June 2nd: The Epsom DerbyThe Epsom Derby was the perfect way to kick off the Queen's Jubilee. The Derby is always one of the Queen's favorite events of the year, and she's been known to have a deep interest in horse racing. The Queen even has a personal racing manager, who brings the Racing Post to her every day so she can keep up on the horses and jockeys on the horse racing circuit.
