How Meghan Markle Transformed Prince Harry's Diet

    From yoga to running, noted #fitchick Meghan Markle (a.k.a. the Duchess of Wellness) does a lot to keep her physique looking throne-worthy. And despite the occasional french fry or glass of Tignanello wine (the namesake of her now defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig), the actress-turned-royal has always stuck to healthy, whole foods and green juice. Apparently, she's inspiring her hubby to do the same.

    It's no secret that before meeting Meghan, Prince Harry was a fan of the party boy lifestyle. These days, however, the settled-down ginger prince is hitting the gym, eating kale and quinoa, and skipping pizza - one of his favorite snacks. Before the wedding, reports circulated that Harry had lost seven pounds due to the diet changes Meghan encouraged.

    Now, a recent source has told People that Harry has also given up smoking to be with his bride. "Meghan is a beautiful influence on Harry," the insider said. In addition to the cleaned-up diet, Harry has joined Meghan in using the services of Gabriela Peacock, a nutritional adviser to the royal family and founder of GP Nutrition. According to People, he likes her Clean Me supplements for immune system support and healthier skin and nails. Sounds like something the Kardashians might be into, but we don't think we'll see him promoting them on Instagram anytime soon.
