We're Hiring A Calendar & Event Sales Coordinator!

GofG L.A. is expanding and looking to hire a Calendar & Event Sales Coordinator! Are you an organized, thorough people-person interested in nightlife and events happening around L.A.? Do you have some sales and/or managerial experience? If so, and you're looking for a part-time gig that will keep you in the middle of L.A.'s social scene on a daily basis, then this may be the perfect job for you! As GofG L.A.'s Calendar & Event Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities would consist of the following:

  • Finding/researching all of the best events happening in L.A., big and small, from gallery openings to Hollywood events to underground shows and house parties.
  • Managing our Event Calendar and posting the daily Playground.
  • Managing your very own interns and delegating said Event Calendar entry/Playground duties to them.
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with the PR companies and people who throw events/parties, etc.
  • Hiring and managing our photographers you will assign to cover events on our calendar.
  • Handling the sale of our event photography coverage and other promotional services, such as e-mail newsletter placement and sponsored postings.
