Hailing from Vancouver, Black Mountain's beloved deep rock sound resonates with an epic ring. Black Mountain has toured the world, playing the smallest clubs and the largest of outdoor amphitheaters. Their broad appeal is unique. They are championed by the underground record-collector type of music fan, as well as by high-profile musicians such as Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips and Chris Martin of Coldplay. Black Mountain's live performances and recordings retain that universal appeal, sticking readily to the ribs of most any music fan. Black Mountain, one of our favorite psyche-and-prog music pioneers, is Matt Camirand, Stephen McBean, Jeremy Schmidt, Amber Webber and Joshua Wells.
