Bear Mountain & Snow Summit Host Southern California’s ‘Coolest’ New Year’s Eve Celebrations

Big Bear Mountain Resorts will be kicking off New Year’s Eve with its annual Torchlight Parade. BBMR staff carry torches as they ski/snowboard down Miracle Mile run at Snow Summit, lighting up the night sky. The incredible show is visible from across Big Bear Lake. Make sure to be at your viewing spot by 7 pm! After the parade, it’s party time! Snow Summit's NYE celebration starts immediately after the torchlight parade and features DJ Desi. Hors d’oeuvres will also be served. (cover charge is $10). Bear Mountain’s New Year’s Eve celebration starts at 9pm (cover charge is $25) and features DJ George, drink specials and hors d’oeuvres! Join the 'coolest' parties around and ring in New Year’s Day on the snow-covered slopes.
