Welcome The Spotted Pig chef April Bloomfield to L.A. at this special dinner at Mélisse ($150). The NYC chef will help create a five-course meal alongside Josiah Citrin (think: house-made boudin blanc and seared Arctic char), with proceeds going to the Special Olympics.
