Since 1977, Women in Film, Los Angeles has honored some of the most creative, prolific and socially responsible individuals in the entertainment industry, those who lead by example. At the 2006 Crystal + Lucy Awards, Women In Film and MaxMara inaugurated the ’Face of the Future’ Award to honor an actress who is experiencing a turning point in her career through her work in the film and television industries and through her contributions to the community at large. Past recipients have been Emily Blunt, Maria Bello, Ginnifer Goodwin and Elizabeth Banks.
