So you prefer all your food to be grilled and you have a not-so-secret obsession with cheese? Well, if that’s the case, then you’ve probably been planning this weekend for months. Introducing the 2nd 8th Annual Grilled Cheese Invitational, happening Saturday, April 23rd in downtown Los Angeles. LA area chefs will compete to create the ultimate artisan grilled-cheese sandwich. This is the largest and craziest Grilled Cheese cooking contest in the country!
