Black Banditz (owners Adam Moonves, Dan Regan, and Giovanny Artiga) Grand Opening & Pre-Coachella LA Bash to benefit VH1 Save the Music Foundation, will be held on Tuesday, April 12th at 8pm at Black Banditz in Hollywood. The event will feature a special guest DJ set by DJ RICK RUDE and musical performance by hot indie band VANAPRASTA. The event will benefit VH1 SAVE THE MUSIC FOUNDATION for all its work in helping keep music in schools. Among the auction items, all celebrity guests will sign a guitar, with proceeds going to VH1 Save the Music Foundation.
