As a significant Cinco de Mayo celebration, the City of Los Angeles and Councilmember JoséHuizar make culture and community paramount during this festive month by honoring the organization “Union de Poblanos en el Exterior en Los Angeles” (Los Angeles Union of Puebla Expatriates-UPEXT) with a proclamation in recognition of their efforts to foster cultural appreciation for the Mexican community abroad.
