Recently, The Cobrasnake attended a backyard birthday party Oasis. Complete with pinata, Mexican sombreros, and...hot girls. Stanley woke up telling us he was contemplating moving to the west coast. What?! Why? Where is this coming from? We all asked. Then we saw his computer screen. These dogs are clearly living the dog gone good life. But remember Stanley, the grass may always be greener, but we are weeks away from the fresh air out in the Hamptons.

[Photo via The Cobrasnake] I can't say I haven't thought of moving to L.A., the land of the Inn and Outs, and the Cobrasnake. I really want to be able to fit into a mosh pit like this, I even ordered my official Star Trek party shirt in the mail. But, alas, the shirt's come and is yet to be tried on. My skinny jeans and chuck's will only see the streets of Soho this weekend. Because, let's face it. I will never fit in in that photo.  Plus, I have enough wannabe hipsters to feast my hungry eyes on around here. They're nothing to write home about. All of this aside, this lad looks like he's enjoying himself. And after all, youth is meant to be enjoyed, in all it's sweaty, boozed up glory. And then forgotten. Right? So, enjoy the ride.  More photos below... More»

[Tamsin Lonsdale. All photos by DAVID CROTTY for PMc] Last night at the upscale Beverly Hills tiki restaurant Luau industry maven Tamsin Lonsdale held a dinner party to celebrate the new LA branch of her members only group, The Supper Club. Already having successfully founded the Supper Club in London and NY, Brit turned New Yorker Lonsdales' next step was naturally to head out West to la la land.  A few of the guests who turned out for the kick off included... [Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi Photos by Getty] The 20th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, which recognize media for their inclusive representations of the gay community, were given out last Saturday night at L.A.'s Nokia Theater. Honorees included Ellen DeGeneres, Jessica Alba, television shows "Desperate Housewives", "Brothers and Sisters" and "The L-Word", Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Kathy Griffin, who somewhat inexplicably felt the need to accept her award in a bikini, More»

[All photos by ANDREAS BRANCH for PMc]. Last night, over on the other coast, Paper Magazine partied at MyHouse in Los Angeles to mark the annual issue devoted to Beautiful People. It was the sequel to the NYC version with Katy Perry. Also easy on the eyes, although that was hardly the frame of 'beauty' the issue celebrates; Lady Victoria Hervey, Trevor Rains, Cory Kennedy, Megan Park and Tyler Hilton showed to find out who is in this year's group of 'it' fashion, art, tech, nightlife and music break-outs. [Anne Hathaway, Valentino Garavani, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Tom Ford, photos by DAVID CROTTY for PMc] Just as they sparkled at the NYC premiere of Valentino: The Last Emperor last week, Gwyneth Paltrow and Anne Hathaway shined alongside Valentino Garavani and Tom Ford last night at the west coast premiere hosted by LACMA. This time they were accompanied by the familiar faces of LA's media and film icons.

What's more classy, glam and always in style than long eyelashes? Latisse is a new eyelash lengthening drug and already has quite the buzz going. In LA, on N. La Cienega Blvd, the red carpet for Latisse's launch party was filled with fashionable women from both coasts. Our favorite model-turned-DJ, Skye Nellor was present. Other guests included Angie Harmon, Leven Rambin, Lady Victoria Harvey, Jewel, Brooke Shields, Debi Mazr, Debra Messing, Perry Reeves, Mandy Moore as well as funny girl Jennifer Coolidge, New York girl Marisa Tomei and lovely Leven Rambin among others. Los Angeles may not have Bryant Park and Anna Wintour, but what they lack in magazine editors and cutting edge couture, they make up for in celebrities. At the Downtown Los Angeles Fashion Week 'An Evening of 20th Century Glamour' last night, actress Rachel Griffiths and M.A.C Cosmetics hosted a bevy of Hollywood forerunners, who were sporting everything from magenta to Marchesa. While there were those who may end up on some "Worst Dressed Lists", for the majority, those who attended the event, held at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA in the Little Tokyo section of LA ,were decked out to the nines.
