Slide #6

The 7th Annual Kidstock was held Sunday afternoon, inviting guests out to raise funds for One Voice Scholars Program, a foundation that supports low-income and inner-city students with a mentor program to aid young people towards being accepted into college and graduating. The yearly event held at Beverly Hills' Greystone Mansion drew celebrity guests like Sarah Michelle Gellar, the Sklar brothers, Angie Harmon, Greg Kinnear, and Jim Belushi who brought their youngsters along for some family fun. Thanks to the foundation's program, two dozen students in the One Voice Scholars Class of 2013 have been awarded scholarships to exceptional schools such as UCLA, Stanford, UC Berkeley, University of Pennsylvania, and more and the annual Kidstock event was able to raise over $300,000 to support this amazing cause. The fun-filled day had everything a kid (or kid at heart) could desire, from delicious treats supplied by Baskin‐Robbins, Sprinkles, and SodaStream to a high-energy performance by Jami Bess Belushi, Jim Belushi’s talented daughter. Guests also had plenty of creative activities to entertain themselves, like customizing Converse sneakers from the DSW booth, a tie-dye booth from Jo‐Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, and designing personal denim kid jeans by Hudson Jeans “Custom Couture.” The event was a smashing success and One Voice Scholars Program was able to reach their goal once again.
