MFG Productions' weekly Thursday night party carried into yet another year with the first Dance Right of 2011 last night. Downtown Mexican spot La Cita maintained its status as the official site of the weekly throwdown and was once again invaded by dance fiends and beat-hungry children of the night.
With DJs Kingdom, Morse Code and Paul Devro on the decks, some kicked back in the booths for a cozy date with Jack D., while others flocked to the floor to dance like no one's watching. We're glad to see this treasured bastion of L.A.'s Thursday night scene still going strong after all this time. Here's to another year of dancing right 'til it hurts.
