To kick off L.A. Market Fashion Week, Friday's Art Hearts Fashion event boasted artist and fashion designer collaborations that yielded some intriguing and daring designs and displays in the form of both art exhibition and fashion show at 333 Live. Fashion-inspired art exhibited for the event featured works from fashion photographer Sequoia Emmanuelle, pop artist Sham Ibrahim, painter Eugene Huffman, and black light artist Dave “The Rainbow” Wrathall. Meanwhile, art-inspired fashion was presented in an exciting runway show made possible by hair sponsor Essensuals London and makeup sponsor ET Artistry. Designers who sent looks down the catwalk included Maor Luz, who showcased his clothing line with accessories from KennyKenny Gear, Michael Herrera who showcased his “M the Movement” collection with a unique LED light show, while Bo Toxicuh surprised guests with a post apocalyptic fashion line “Garbage Vikings." The night's headlining runway show was the launch of Erik Rosete's “Mister Triple X” with his debut collection entitled “The RefleXion ColleXion.” Truly a work of art, this collection featured unique 3D and reflective materials, glowing LED lit bee-hives and pony tails. In addition to the visually stimulating attractions that filled the night, guests were also treated to some live music from acts such as Kayla Brianna, R&B artist Rahkua, rock band I Killed The Symphony, and hip-hop artist Jensen Reed. The excitement of the senses continued with attendees enjoying beverages supplied by Neo Water and Zenify and delicious candies by Rocket Fizz. The fun and entertainment didn't stop there as guests were invited to an exclusive after party hosted by Jason Wimberly of LYST.
