[All photos by David Crotty for PMc] On Monday evening, the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences hosted An Evening With Nurse Jackie. Edie Falco, Peter Facinelli (with wife Jennie Garth), Anna Deavere Smith, and other castmembers and producers of the Golden Globe-nominated Showtime dramedy offered a back-screen view of the series.-

We've had a soft spot for Edie Falco for years, especially because she's the paragon of New York determination: the woman worked for almost two decades as a waitress and struggling actor before getting her big break on The Sopranos. And we were psyched to see the hilarious Merrit Weaver looking polished; on Nurse Jackie she wanders around in teddy bear scrubs, and her appearances on every Law & Order franchise ever always feature her as various disheveled killers/victims.
