Fresh out the frying pan and into the fire, Holli Ugalde, straight off of the cut-throat reality show "Hell's Kitchen", took some free time to dazzle foodies with her culinary skills. Her cooking demo, held at Bristol Farms, satisfied hungry patrons with a three-course meal and wine pairing. The menu was inspired by ingredients from the Alto Adige region of Italy. Dishes featured olive oils, vinegars, meats, and cheeses. After an early evening of carb loading and wine tasting, shoppers went home with instructions to tune into "Hell's Kitchen".
To everyone's delight, the event was much more subdued and tranquil since Gordon Ramsay was no where to be found screaming profanities and making those grimacing faces. Best of luck to Holli facing that while churning out her fabulous dishes this season.
