LAND (Los Angeles Nomadic Division) held its 3rd Annual Benefit Gala event at art collectors and philanthropists Catherine and Jeffrey Soros' home where they not only encouraged their attendees to donate to the charity but also to go green; if the guests were to arrive by bike, public transport, or carpool, they received an extra raffle ticket as well as a chance to win a Porsche Cayenne Hybrid or Porsche Panamera Hybrid.
Following the private gala, guests were invited to continue the celebration at official After Party held at the Andaz West Hollywood. The night consisted of cocktails and beers by Beck's, a dessert bar by Shortcake, and music by
DJ Myles Hendrik. The event featured a raffle to win artwork and jewelry created by artists such as Artemio, Bozidar Brazada, and Alex and Ani. We're sure nothing feels better than spending the night with cocktails, music and art while knowing it's all to support a non-profit art organization dedicated to curating site- and situation-specific contemporary art projects in the city.
