Slide #2

The listening party also debuted three music videos for songs from Innocents, our favorite being "The Perfect Life," which co-stars his friend Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips and features both of them in Mexican mariachi suits toting instruments as they wander Downtown Los Angeles. Watch it here: Following his music video screenings, Moby was joined on stage by cellist Adrienne Woods and singer Mindy Jones as he played guitar for a very rare and special acoustic performance. During the stunning, soulful set of eight songs, they played three tracks off of Innocents, hits like "Porcelain" and "Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?" and a cover of Led Zeppelins "Whole Lotta Love" for the encore. It was a true treat to see an electronic artist  perform such beautiful acoustic music and give gorgeous renditions of complex electronic hits with nothing more than a guitar, a cello and vocals. Make sure to give Innocents a listen when it drops next week. And for those who want a chance to see Moby live, go HERE to find out how you can enter to win a pair of tickets we are giving away to one of three shows he's playing at The Fonda next week!
