Now part of the ever-growing SBE collection, Vanguard came back in full force last night with a packed house for a good cause. For the Hollywood nightclub's official Grammy Week reopening, Swedish DJ prodigy and two-time Grammy nominee, Avicii, spun for a huge crowd of stoked beat-loving kids in support of his U.S. House for Hunger nonprofit charity tour. The House for Hunger organization was formed by Avicii and manager Ash Pournouri to raise funds for Feeding America from his DJ gigs. Paris Hilton and boyfriend River Viiperi, Tara Reid, Paul Oakenfold and other house-loving celebs also came out in support of the fight against worldwide hunger for the night. The crowd was treated to a high-energy set from Avicii into the wee after hours while street artist Alec Monopoly painted a huge sheet-music and neon dripping portrait of the DJ, and later lent his talents to body painting several ladies in attendance. The heavy beats and confetti blasts of the wild festivities wrapped up around 4 a.m., bringing the thoroughly sweat-drenched all-night dance party to close. The insane Grammy Week rager with an international DJ star manning the party tunes was certainly a strong reintroduction for Vanguard back onto the nightlife scene. Avicii is in the running for the "Best Dance Recording" Grammy for his song "Levels" so be sure to check out if this humanitarian DJ can spin a win at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards this weekend. In the mean time, keep clicking through the slideshow of photos from last night's epic dance party for a good cause. Avicii, Paris Hilton, River Viiperi
