Wednesday night, the 5th Annual Maxim Hot 100 party was held on a lot at L.A.'s Paramount Studios, and the red carpet was filled with ladies who made the enviable cut.

This year's top ten is refreshing. Gorgeous Katy Perry nabbed the top spot. Following at number two is Sports Illustrated cover girl Brooklyn Decker. Rounding out the top three is Zoe Saldana.

Blake Lively, Megan Fox, Rihanna, Elisabetta Canalis, Olivia Munn, Kim Kardashian and Marisa Miller, made the the rest of Maxim's top ten, respectively.

Tila Tequila, crazy as ever, popped up on the carpet along with Amber Rose, Ciara, Sarah Hyland and Sophie Monk.
