Following a star-studded red carpet featuring friends of Step Up such as Amy Smart, Anne Heche, and Ariel Winter, a lovely luncheon and awards ceremony was presented to the packed house of lively supporters and media partners. The Step Up Women's Network is a nonprofit charity organization that provides girls and women from under-resourced communities with training and counseling to empower them to be confident, college-bound and career-ready. The highlight of the 10th Annual Inspiration Awards was hearing the inspiring stories from girls and women who have turned their lives around thanks to the support of Step Up. As this year's award recipients, Julie Bowen, Trina Turk and Nina Jacobson were each presented with their honors and took the podium to accept before the room of guests applauding their efforts. Following the awards ceremony and luncheon, attendees mingled in their colorful, Spring attire around the Luminary Circle pool for cocktails and conversation.
