Cart For A Cause With Chef Brandon Boudet, Round II

by Emily Green · August 24, 2010

Brandon BoudetFor those who weren't able to make it to last Tuesday's weekly Cart for a Cause post up (or did and are just hungry for more), top L.A. chef Brandon Boudet is back TODAY for an encore of his Italian specialties.  The man behind fine L.A. establishments Dominick's, Little Dom's, and one of our favorite 3am post-club breakfast spots, Cafe 101, will once again be serving up three delicious $10 lunch options from the big red food truck.  Today's menu will include:

    Spaghetti & Meatballs

Baby Heirloom & Burrata Cheese Bruschetta

Saba Glazed Beef Brisket with Tuscan Kale on Toasted Ciabatta with Zapp Potato Chips

The truck will be parked in the Miracle Mile area at 5700 Wilshire Blvd serving Boudet's Italian classics from noon-2pm. In addition to the gourmet lunches, today's Cart for a Cause patrons will have a chance to win a $200 gift certificate to Little Dom's.

As usual, proceeds from meals sold will benefit St. Vincent's Meals on Wheels program to help feed homebound seniors, so solve your lunchtime quandary in one stop with some midday gourmet, a chance to win an Italian feast, and an act of charity all for $10.
