Why are the Golden Globes special, you ask?  After all, we have the Oscars for film, the Emmy Awards for television, and Netflix accounts to watch Tina and Amy on endless loops (no shame!).  We're offering up four questions (and answers) as to why this 70th anniversary occasion is different from all other awards nights. First up, if you're going to consider yourself in-the-know, you'll need to know who casts the Golden Globe Awards ballots.
