Amid all the accusations shaking up Hollywood, this year's first major awards show stood as a pivotal chance for stars to make a statement. And they did, even on a most basic level, by wearing black. The show of solidarity was called forth by the "Time's Up" movement, endorsed by hundreds of A-listers pledging to stand for equality, safety, and inclusion across all industries.

Surprisingly, it seemed every attendee dressed for the occasion, including some men who paired black shirts with their tuxes. However, a few colorful gowns ended up making the wrong kind of statement.
