Collaborating isn't always the easiest. Any sticking points you two have found with each other over the years?
Vinny: Communication - Don't let money get in the way, in the end the money won't matter.
Jon: Collaborating is the understanding of balance and trust, without either, you will always bump heads. When collaborating, you should go into it knowing that eventually you will be bumping heads, but that you need be able to move past it. Don't let it hold you up. Vinny and I work so well together because we trust and respect each other.
