How has your past fitness experience informed your method? Why did you decide to combine interval training, strength, and cardio into one complete class?

As a former professional dancer, so much of my training was focused on form and science. So when I created our signature 123STACK class at THE WALL, I focused on what we know is best for the body and made it a point to do something that hasn’t been done before. Every group fitness class I have taken ends with core work, so we flipped that concept around and start with 10 minutes of sit up free core activation. Not only does this serve as a killer warmup, but by activating your center at the beginning, you can see a bigger caloric burn throughout class which we show on our digital platform that tracks your stats through our app.

Then we move on to 20 minutes of rhythmic weight training, and 30 minutes of indoor cycling. It has been proven time and time again, that if your goal is to burn fat and promote lean muscle mass, strength before cardio is always best. Switching back and forth can have some great metabolic advantages, but if your goal is to burn fat and tone up, our 123STACK was designed to make that one hour class do just that.

We also have STACKED which combines our 10 minutes of core activation and 35 minutes of pure strength training. WIMBERRIDE which is my signature 45 minute cycling class, and our newest addition STR3TCH which is a full hour recovery class that focuses on breath work, guided stretching and mindfulness.
