Solid, statement making color continues to be the big story in fashion, both on the runways and on the red carpet. Shades that might have been considered bizarre a few years ago, especially in September (bright daffodil yellow, sea foam green) have now become the norm. More than one starlet dazzled us in vibrant, sunset shades of orange - and several went monochromatic with matching shoes and jewelry.
