Back in 2002, a group called Improv Everywhere staged the first No Pants Subway Ride in NYC. Since then, people across the country have been stripping down to join in the fun and let their lower halves take in the breeze. L.A. isn't exactly known for its eager use of public transportation, so kudos to the Angelenos who braved our city's public transit systems on Sunday, in their undies no less.
