Going back to the booze, Bigfoot West fresh out of their soft opening, has a bar designed with a replica set from the movie Yes Men and brings the home-brewed "Sasquatch" to the backwoods bourgeois. Signature cocktails and a list of bourbons that would make Bogart and Hemingway blush.
For brunch the next morning try the diner. It will impress. And most likely you'll see a prime example of the timeless American car.
Take a breather, cruise the strand and then don your Sunday best and hit the Hollywood Bowl for a picnic and a show. Roll the dice, it could be a night of the Los Angeles Philharmonic or Depeche Mode, and no matter what, you can't lose.
