[Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag. Photo by Getty] Maxim's 10th Annual Hot 100 Celebration was last night at The Barker Hanger in Santa Monica. Predictably, tons of hot girls were in attendance. Somewhat less predictably, so was Nick Lachey and Spencer Pratt. This year's Hot 100 List proved once and for all that the men who read Maxim have terrible taste in women. All the women on the list, are, of course, attractive, but why is Heidi Klum ranked 62? Are there really 61 women hotter than Heidi Klum?

Annalynne McCord is hotter than Angelina Jolie? Really? And come on: Ashley Tisdale, bless her, is not hotter than Diane Kruger and Padma Lakshmi. She's just not. Interestingly, Maxim voters have a pretty clear favorite in the epic Blair vs. Serena battle: Leighten Meester ranks at an impressive #12, while Blake Lively drags behind at #33. Epic win for Blair-lovers everywhere...
