It's interesting that the Gin Blossoms are on this tour, because their fame actually peaked in the early to mid '90s, several years before that of the other bands, making them in some ways the elder statesmen of the tour. Also, they're considered one of the most famous bands to ever emerge from Arizona, alongside Jimmy Eat World, who I imagine would be a perfect choice to headline Summerland 2022. This may say more about Arizona than it does about the Gin Blossoms.
