As was widely noted in mainstream press coverage of this event, it was Katy Perry's first public appearance since she split up with Russell Brand, and based on how good she looked, she was determined to make the most of it. While unnatural hair colors are usually only reserved for 15-year-olds with Doc Martens, I have to give credit where its due and admit that Katy looks pretty great with the blue bob. We like Markus a lot too, so we'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he's also looking at her hair in this picture.
