Slide #1

[Left: Crowd outside last night's soft opening] What was once the former resting grounds of Trousdale is now Bootsy Bellows, L.A.'s new 60s revival nighttime destination whose name and cat lady mascot come from Arquette's mother who was herself a burlesque dancer from the era. The space has been swanked up several notches with an art deco feel decorated with stunning light fixtures, stylish mirror-patterned walls and ornate bars around the wells. Much like its predecessor, Bootsy Bellows is divided into two distinct spaces, with the large main Show Room with a stage in front, and the the more intimate invite-only Ivory Bar in back.
