The First Stop: The Brig

The Brig is a popular local stop on the hippest street in Venice, Abbot Kinney Blvd.  There's a pool table in the back, a DJ after 9:30 pm and tall-boy PBR's—just like home, Silver Lake folk!  As an added bonus, there's a food truck lot right next door that is always stocked with your favorite nommy trucks, which really simplifies your late-night post-drinking munchie agenda.  It's open late, but Thursday-Saturday it's probably best to make this a pre-party stop as it tends to get pretty crowded the later it gets.
