Looks like Sunset Tower is no longer Jeff Klein’s only investment in paradise. The legendary hotelier has recently taken over the San Vicente Bungalows in West Hollywood, restoring them to their former 1920s glory. While the "oasis in the middle of the city" had quite a heyday in the '80s and '90s, restoring the hot spot today might have been a daunting prospect for some, but it was a challenge Klein, with his entrepreneurial spirit, was ready to take on. We caught up with Klein (who's also the mastermind behind NYC's City Club Hotel) while we were out on the West Coast to talk challenges and success, his vision for San Vicente, and how happiness is really all that matters. On Friday, February 20th, dozens of A-listers and fashion folk found themselves facing a dilemma that they will probably be facing again come May, when they have to decide between Chanel and the Met Gala. This time however, the choice wasn't hard. Red carpet mainstay Tom Ford showed his Autumn/Winter 2015 Womenswear collection at Milk Studios in Los Angeles. Sure, LA isn't really known for its fashion shows, but it is Tom. Ford. What the problem was, however, was that he was showing on the same day London Fashion Week began, forcing fashion insiders to choose between a red eye across the country (and then the pond) or copious amounts of FOMO. For the stars already in town for the Oscars, however, the whole thing was NBD. Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Rita Ora, and J. Lo were all in attendance, while Gigi Hadid and Karlie Kloss owned the runway. Hollywood's biggest night means Hollywood's best attire. While airy neutrals seemed to rule the red carpet, many stars opted for more daring looks, whether they were decked out in pearls like Lupita, or sizzling in scarlet like Dakota Johnson. There are plenty of thigh-high slits, statement necklaces, and cinched waists ahead, so click through for our best dressed picks at the 2015 Oscars.
The gowns, the winners, the films that shaped the year - they were all celebrated last night at the 87th Annual Academy Awards. Sure, we all watched the red carpet and ceremony (despite how long it seemed to be), but not many of us got a look at the celebrity shenanigans happening off-camera. That's where their insider Instagrams come into play. From photobombs to #Selfies, click through for the best Oscars moments you didn't see.
On Friday February 6th, many of LA's top dance aficionados gathered at The Broad Stage in Santa Monica for Barak Ballet's third presentation at the venue, Triple Bill 2015. VIP guests were treated to a cocktail reception in the main lobby before slipping into the theater for the evening's program. On the bill was Melissa Barak's vibrant, chinese inspired ballet, Yueh Fei as well as her neo-classical gem, Middle of Somewhere, and Nicolo Fonte's highly acclaimed work Left Unsaid.

Music's finest and most fabulous flocked to the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night for the 57th annual Grammy Awards. Last night, Hollywood's beauty elite celebrated the grand re-opening of Smashbox Studios in Culver City. Janice Dickinson, Pia Toscano, and Bar Paly were joined by A-list starlet Zendaya Coleman at the event hosted in partnership with The Hollywood Reporter. The renovated space featured everything from a makeup touch-up studio to a portrait installation by fashion's favorite artist, Donald Robertson (a.k.a. Donald Drawbertson). Throughout the night guests enjoyed music provided by DJ So Super Sam as well as a performance by on-the-rise singer Andra Day. Click through for an inside look!
