Other Details: The Egyptian Theatre rolled out the red carpet for last night's premiere and after-party of Ruby Sparks, a comedy about a novelist who creates a female character he thinks will love him and thus wills her into existence. Film stars Paul Dano and Zoe Kazan were in attendance as well as "True Blood's" Deborah Ann Woll who plays Lila; the movie hits theaters July 27.
