Other Details: Depending on whether or not you're over the age of 20, the turnout at the Teen Choice Awards in Universal City last night was either a Who's Who or a "Who?", but young adulthood's favorite actors, musicians and celebs were out in full force last night, competing for the only award I can think of that comes as a giant surfboard.
