Other Details: Last night the 2012 BET Awards brought out the some of the biggest stars in the hip-hop, soul and R&B industry to honor their achievements in music and entertainment at the Shrine Auditorium. The awards ceremony was hosted by Samuel L. Jackson and featured live performances from such artists as Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown and Melanie Fiona as well as a tribute to Whitney Houston.
