Home Of The Day: Beverly Park Mega-Mansion Hits The Market

by Emily Green · April 5, 2010

Brace yourselves L.A., a 29,000 sq. foot Beverly Park Italian villa stunner, resting on just over three acres, hits the market today at a whopping $21,995,000.Homes situated behind gates of the guarded community of Beverly Park are nothing short of impressive, if not in design aesthetic then certainly in size. However, this mansion, actually two homes, each just under 15,000 sq. feet, combined by the mystery seller, blows its sprawling neighbors out of the water.  Because of the unusual merging of the two properties, the home is meant for two families since there are two of everything (garages, kitchens, master suites, etc...), unless for some reason a really, really large family needs both. The mansion, no, castle, is so enormous that a helicopter is necessary for taking shots to capture it in its entirety, it simply can't all fit in a ground level shot.

And, as with any property of this magnitude, there are maids quarters which I'm sure you and I would find most inviting.

Like any hot listing, measures need to be taken to keep out the riff raff seeking to kill a Saturday afternoon with a free tour, so only those who are pre-approved are privy to a showing. Sorry looky-loos, at least you have these photos.
