    Following an absolute scorcher of a weekend, L.A.'s going to be even hotter today, with less stifling but still warm temperatures carrying pretty much through the week. We hope you found a way to enjoy the "summerlike" conditions of the last few days with something involving a beach and encourage you to head for the coast while they last. You may not be able to ditch work or school for a full day at the beach, but you can at least get close enough to one at some point to appreciate it, specifically over food or drinks.
