Connie & Ted's
From the chef behind the critically acclaimed Providence, Michael Cimarusti opened East Coast-inspired seafood restaurant, Connie and Ted's, this past June. Named after his grandparents who took him fishing as a kid in Rhode Island, Cimarusti brings the flavors of his childhood and a taste of the east coast to West Hollywood at this upscale seafood shack-style eatery. Along with the executive chef, Sam Baxter, they created a menu fit for seafood lovers that includes chowders, crab cakes, a daily changing menu of fresh fish all harvested in the United States, with the exception of the white shrimp from Mexico, and the New Zealand or Canadian oysters. While we're talking oysters, it's worth noting there are a variety to choose from, such as deviled oysters, fried oysters in a sandwich, oysters Rockefeller, and an array of raw oysters.
